What does the portrait actually look like?

Which finish should I pick?
Canvas reads warm and grounded — sits well in living spaces. Metal is the sharpest, most cinematic finish — best in offices and gyms. Acrylic glass has the most depth — gallery-grade.
What kind of photo do I upload?
A clear, well-lit shot of your face. Recent. No filters, no sunglasses. The better the source photo, the more accurate the future-you we render.
Can I revise the design before it prints?
Yes. You get up to three free revisions before we print anything. We send you the rendered piece for approval — you can ask for changes to the face, the setting, the wardrobe, the framing. If after three revisions you're still not in love, you can choose between a full refund or a completely different design at no extra cost.
How long until it arrives?
Render takes about 24-48 hours. After your final approval, we hand-finish and ship within 7 days. Total time from order to your wall: roughly 10-14 days.
What's the return policy?
If your piece arrives damaged, you have 30 days from delivery. Take photos of the damage, email them to us, and you choose: a full money refund or a brand-new replacement. Whichever you prefer.
Because every portrait is custom-made and customer-approved before printing, we don't accept returns for change of mind. The three-revision process is there to make sure you love it before it ever ships.
