Where is my order?
Render takes about 24 hours after upload. Then we email you a proof for review. Once approved, hand-finishing and shipping takes 7–10 days.
Can I change my photo or design?
Reply to your proof email or write us at info@printedambition.com. You have up to three free revisions before anything prints. Still not in love after three? Choose a full refund or a different design at no extra cost.
My piece arrived damaged.
Photograph it and email us within 30 days. You choose: a full money refund or a brand-new replacement — your call.
Bulk orders or gift orders.
Email us — we handle these manually for now and we’re happy to.
