FAQ

Your Photo & Privacy

What happens to my photo after I upload it?
Your photo is used exclusively to generate your custom portrait. Once your print is created, your photo is permanently deleted from our systems. We never store, share, or sell your images to any third party. Your privacy is our top priority.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only collect what is needed to process your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

The Product

What materials do you print on?
We offer two premium options: Metal Wall Art (printed on 3mm aluminum composite with a high-gloss finish) and Gallery-Wrapped Canvas (printed on artist-grade canvas stretched over a 0.75-inch wooden frame). Both are built to last and look stunning on any wall.

Are the designs really one-of-a-kind?
Yes, completely. Every portrait is generated uniquely from your face, your photo, and your specific vision. No two prints are ever the same. Once a design is created for you, it will never be recreated or resold.

What is the difference between metal and canvas?
Metal prints are bold, vibrant, and modern with a high-gloss finish — they make a strong statement. Canvas prints have a classic, refined matte look that feels more like traditional fine art. Both are premium quality.

Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my print?
Your custom portrait is generated within 2-3 business days. Printing and shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days. Total turnaround is approximately 7-10 business days.

What if I do not like my portrait?
We offer one free revision per order. If you are not satisfied with the initial design, contact us and we will regenerate it based on your feedback. If you are still not happy, we will issue a full refund.

Getting the Best Result

What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of your face works best. Minimal obstructions — no sunglasses, hats, or heavy shadows. A phone selfie in good lighting works perfectly. No professional photo needed.

How detailed should my vision description be?
The more detail you provide, the better your portrait will be. Describe the scene, the setting, the mood, the colors, and any specific elements you want included. Think of it as directing a movie scene where you are the star.
