Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your Printed Ambition portrait. Every order includes a digital preview and one round of revisions before we print — so you can make sure it's exactly what you envisioned.
Refund Policy
Because every portrait is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns on completed prints. However:
- If you're not happy with the preview: We'll revise it until you love it. If we truly can't get it right, we'll issue a full refund before printing.
- If your print arrives damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a free replacement.
- If there's a printing error on our end: We'll reprint and reship at no cost to you.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@printedambition.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, we may have already begun creating your portrait, and cancellation may not be possible.
