Every Printed Ambition portrait is custom-made to order. After you place your order, here's what to expect:
- Portrait creation: 3-5 business days
- Digital preview: Sent to your email for approval before printing
- Printing: 1-2 business days after you approve the preview
Shipping
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery takes 5-7 business days after your print ships.
International: Available at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination. International delivery typically takes 10-20 business days.
Total Delivery Time
From order to delivery, expect approximately 8-14 business days for US orders. We know that's longer than Amazon Prime — but remember, we're creating a one-of-a-kind piece of art just for you. It's worth the wait.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at support@printedambition.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately at support@printedambition.com. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
